Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated QA Validation Supervisor to join our team in Monza, Italy. This is a senior, onsite position within the healthcare industry, where you will play a critical role in ensuring flawless quality and compliance across our operations. As a QA Validation Supervisor, you will lead a team, driving adherence to stringent regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team within the Quality Assurance Validation department.
• Ensure impeccable quality and compliance throughout all validation activities.
• Review Validation Master Plans for both Process and Cleaning, ensuring full adherence to current regulations such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines, as well as internal company quality standards.
• Guarantee the accuracy and high quality of all validation and revalidation documentation for equipment, production, and cleaning processes.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Validation.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Compliance.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.

Work Environment

This role operates on a standard work schedule, Monday through Friday, within an office environment.
