Key Responsibilities

• Support operational tasks and ensure compliance with company procedures and systems.
• Actively seek opportunities to maximize sales across all product categories.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience, from initial interaction through to post-sale service.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a Retail Sales Assistant role.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
