Sales Assistant - Florence

We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Sales Assistant to join our leather shop in the heart of Florence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in a dynamic retail environment.

About the Role

This is a temporary contract position, running from February 13th to September 30th. We are offering both part-time and full-time hours, with a weekly commitment of 30-40 hours. Flexibility is key, as availability to work on Sundays is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with their shopping needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
• Showcasing and selling our range of leather goods.
• Maintaining the presentation and organization of the sales floor.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred (minimum 1 year).
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Willingness to work on weekends, including Sundays.
