About the Role

Experteer is seeking a Quality Business Partner to join our Consulting Quality unit. This role is crucial for bridging strategy and delivery, aiming to grow revenue and ensure top-tier service for our Life Sciences clients. You will act as a strategic partner, shaping the strategic plan, leading consulting projects, and maintaining trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic plan for the Consulting Quality unit.
• Lead consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and develop trusted client relationships.
• Analyze client processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Propose tailored solutions and guide their implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Combine business development with quality governance.

• Proven experience as a Business Partner.
• Strong background in Quality Assurance.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in strategic planning.
• Proficiency in project management.
