Evotec is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Payroll Specialist to join our team in Verona. Reporting to the HR Operations Payroll Manager or HR Operations Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing our payroll processes and ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employee salaries.

About the Role

As an HR Operations Payroll Specialist, you will collaborate with HR colleagues and the IT team to oversee all aspects of payroll. This includes managing attendance tracking, computing wages, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees, accurately calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with all country-specific payroll regulations and company policies.
• Manage and maintain employee payroll data.
• Handle inquiries related to payroll and provide support to employees.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize payroll processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of wage calculation, deductions, and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with HR information systems is a plus.
