Client Technical Owner

About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Client Technical Owner to join our team in Monza, Italy. This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard Monday-Friday work schedule, based onsite in an office environment.

This newly created role is crucial for managing customer relationships and product lifecycles. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a product's journey, from the initial engineering phase through to its successful commercial launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and their associated products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from engineering through commercial launch.
• Author and maintain product reports, documenting the product's history and development.
• Support the Supervisor, MS&T Process & Cleaning Validation in ensuring product management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Technical Owner or similar product management role.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and product development processes.
• Experience with commercial launch activities.
• Familiarity with process validation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
