We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Wellbeing to join our team in Monza. This executive-level role will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our global wellbeing strategy across our diverse network of schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive global wellbeing strategy for Inspired Education schools.
• Provide leadership and guidance on all aspects of student and staff wellbeing initiatives.
• Collaborate with school leaders and staff across different continents to ensure consistent and effective wellbeing practices.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in education and wellbeing.
• Champion a positive and supportive school culture that prioritizes the holistic development of every individual.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the education sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing wellbeing programs.
• Strong understanding of global educational landscapes.
