Job Description
Solutions Architect, GTM Brain (Remote, EMEA)
Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, dedicated to unlocking global opportunity for every person, team, and business. We are the fastest-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company in history, transforming how global talent connects with world-class companies.
As a Senior Solutions Architect on the GTM Tech team, you will be the domain expert on how our Account Executives sell, and the individual who drives improvements. This role goes beyond Sales Enablement; you will own the analysis that creates the sales playbook. You will mine data, identify high-leverage opportunities in the sales motion, define what needs to be built, and contribute to building it. Operating at the intersection of sales expertise, analytical rigor, and product thinking, you will shape our GTM Sales Brain.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Intelligence: Systematically analyze the sales pipeline, including prospect signals, call transcripts, and loss reasons, to build a structured, living view of what is working and what isn't.
- Opportunity Definition: Define the highest-leverage gaps in the sales motion and own the requirements that shape our GTM intelligence system. Identify opportunities for AI-powered tooling, automation, or improved data, and specify them with enough precision for Engineering to build.
- Prototype and Build: Move ideas from insight to artifact by building prototypes, scoring models, or data workflows to prove concepts before handing off to Engineering.
- AE Scorecards: Design and maintain scoring frameworks to evaluate Account Executive performance across the sales cycle, surfacing data-grounded coaching opportunities.
- Playbooks and Talk Tracks: Translate pipeline analysis and field feedback into data-backed improvements for scripts, opening hooks, battlecards, and stage-by-stage playbooks, ensuring they remain current and tested.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, pre-sales, or revenue architecture role, with a deep understanding of high-velocity sales pipelines.
- A builder's instinct with a proven track record of creating frameworks, tools, or processes from scratch in environments without existing playbooks.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Gong or Chorus, using them to extract patterns, build scoring logic, and drive measurable process changes at scale.
- Demonstrated success in building scorecards, playbooks, and battlecards that effectively changed rep behavior.
- Deep familiarity with the modern sales tech stack, including CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach or Salesloft), and revenue analytics tools.
- A clear perspective on the application of AI in sales, with experience evaluating or deploying AI tools in a revenue context.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, capable of translating qualitative field signals into clear, prioritized requirements for Product and Engineering.
- Comfort operating autonomously in the space between analysis and execution.
What We Offer
- Stock grant opportunities (dependent on role, employment status, and location).
- Additional perks and benefits based on employment status and country.
- The flexibility of remote work, with optional WeWork access.
