Cyber Defense Specialist

About the Role

MSC Cruises is seeking a Senior Cyber Defense Specialist to join our team in Naples, Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the security of our recently launched luxury cruise line, Explora Journeys, reporting directly to the Cyber Defense Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the cyber defense strategy and operations for MSC Cruises.
• Manage and maintain network security technologies.
• Administer and secure operating systems.
• Respond to and mitigate cybersecurity threats.
• Effectively manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in network security or another cybersecurity role.
• Good knowledge of operating systems administration.
• Good knowledge of network security technologies.
