About the Role
We are seeking a junior-level Application Support Associate to join our Tech Ops team. This is a permanent, remote position. You will be responsible for coordinating and triaging issues identified and reported for our operational facing applications, including CRM, Data, MDNAV, and the Portal. Your focus will be on troubleshooting and escalating these issues to the appropriate technical staff to ensure efficient resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Triaging Zendesk tickets, emails, and other reported errors and issues.
- Investigating and troubleshooting reported problems.
- Documenting errors, root causes, severity, and the level of business impact.
- Resolving issues or escalating them to the correct IT department for efficient resolution.
- Communicating with submitters, clients, end-users, and product owners.
- Assisting with Portal Registration.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience with CRM, Data Input, MDNAV, or the Portal.
- Basic understanding of CRM and operational processes.
- Experience troubleshooting issues, performing minor updates, and executing workflows.
- Familiarity with COR, clinical, or operational processes and workflows.
- Ability to work independently and utilize critical thinking skills to resolve issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
