WofSG is seeking experienced Security Guards to join our team, focusing on the security of cargo/passenger fleets or ferries. This is a 6-month contract position based in Palermo.

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Security Guards with a strong background in security, military, or police services. The primary function of this role is to ensure the safety and security of vessels and their passengers or cargo.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of security awareness and vigilance.
• Identify, understand, and effectively manage potential security threats.
• Implement security protocols in line with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, military, or police roles.
• A basic understanding of the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code.
• Demonstrated skills in recognizing and dealing with security threats.
• Fully qualified for the position with a proven record of competence.
• An above-average level of physical fitness and skill.
