We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth processing of transactions and providing excellent client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and approve transactions in accordance with company processes and compliance requirements.
• Address client inquiries regarding transaction status, delays, failed payments, and beneficiary fund receipt issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to investigate and resolve transaction-related matters.
• Communicate professionally with clients via email and other channels.
• Provide clients with regular updates on transaction status and send follow-up emails.
• Maintain and update Excel/MIS sheets for all client queries, complaints, transaction issues, and their resolutions.
• Ensure all client issues are tracked, resolved, and properly documented.
• Promptly escalate critical or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and operational efficiency in all daily activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, MBA, or any banking/finance-related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of banking, remittance, payment operations, or financial services is preferred.
• Experience in customer support, banking operations, or payment processing is an added advantage.
• Understanding of transaction monitoring and compliance processes is preferred.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
