About the Role

The Financial Data Application Specialist role at AlphaSense is a critical position at the intersection of sales, customer success, and the technical implementation of our financial data products. This is a new and strategically important team within AlphaSense. We are seeking entrepreneurial individuals who can leverage client interactions to optimize our go-to-market and product strategies. Specialists will contribute significantly to our revenue growth by enhancing the client experience and driving product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for AlphaSense's financial data products.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist with the technical implementation and integration of financial data solutions for clients.
• Gather feedback from client discussions to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive product adoption and ensure clients maximize the value derived from our platform.
