BC Service Europe S.r.l is seeking a motivated Junior Technical Office professional to join our team in Genova. This role focuses on supporting our marine life-saving and fire-fighting equipment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the service and purchasing departments.
• Assist in the preparation, updating, and archiving of technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and certificates for lifesaving appliances (LSA) and fire-fighting equipment (FFE).
• Support the scheduling and coordination of maintenance, inspection, and testing activities for lifeboats, davits, rescue boats, and fixed/mobile fire-fighting systems on vessels.
• Maintain and update the maintenance database, tracking job status and related information.

Requirements

• Junior level experience.
• Familiarity with technical support processes.
• Experience with technical documentation and archiving.
• Understanding of maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Proficiency in database management.
• Interest in the marine industry, specifically life-saving and fire-fighting equipment.
