IKEA is seeking a passionate and experienced Interior Design Manager to join our team in Genova. This is a senior role where you will lead and inspire a team of Interior Design co-workers, driving the unique IKEA identity in home furnishing solutions.

About the Role

As the Interior Design Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the customer experience within our store. You will lead, manage, and develop a team of Interior Design co-workers, fostering an environment of creativity and excellence. Your daily activities will involve:

• Inspiring and challenging your team to strengthen the unique IKEA identity in range presentation and home furnishing solutions.
• Overseeing the creation of inspiring room settings, vignettes, and sales support areas that effectively showcase our products.
• Being responsible for gathering and translating insights from home visit interviews into locally relevant, functional, aesthetic, and commercial home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and compelling customer journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Interior Design.
• Demonstrated Team Management skills.
• Strong understanding of Home Furnishing principles and trends.
• Experience in Range Presentation and visual merchandising.
• Ability to provide effective Sales Support through design.
