About the Role

HalfPrice, a rapidly expanding off-price retail chain within the CCC Group, is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager with advanced English proficiency to join our team in Milan, Italy.

HalfPrice offers a diverse selection of branded products, including clothing, footwear, cosmetics, toys, and home furnishings, all at attractive prices. Since our launch in May 2021, we have grown to over 130 stores across multiple European countries, and we are committed to continued development and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store, supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the overall management and operation of the store.
• Driving sales performance and achieving store objectives.
• Providing exceptional customer service to all shoppers.
• Leading and motivating the store team.
• Ensuring efficient store operations and visual merchandising standards.
• Supporting inventory management and stock control.

Requirements

• Proven experience in store management or a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated team leadership and people management abilities.
• Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Passion for the retail industry and brand development.
