About the Role

Wall Street English Brescia is seeking a dedicated Study Advisor to join our team. As a premier provider of English language instruction, we utilize an innovative blended learning method to offer effective English language courses for adults.

The Study Advisor will report to the Service Manager and play a crucial role in the daily operations of our center.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers and students upon arrival.
• Manage reception duties, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Provide student support and guidance.
• Engage in communication with students and potential clients.
• Contribute to sales efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service.
• Receptionist experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to provide student support.
• Sales aptitude.
