About the Role

Menarini Group is seeking a senior Global IT Delivery Manager with a passion for tackling complex, high-stakes challenges. This onsite role, based in Firenze, Italy, focuses on driving the timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutions within the Sales & Distribution domain. You will be instrumental in shaping and improving business processes and operating models within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Design & Analysis:
  • Map business processes and analyze the impact of new processes or systems across the Company group.
  • Model existing processes (as-is) and re-design them (to-be) to meet predefined goals or adapt to changing drivers.
  • Identify improvements for business operating models.
• IT Solution Delivery:
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions.
  • Manage and oversee IT delivery processes.
• Project Management:
  • Apply project management methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Business Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to understand needs and define solutions.
