Downtown Refunder

About the Role

GlobalBlue IT is seeking a dedicated Downtown Refunder to join our team in Florence. In this onsite role, you will be instrumental in providing a seamless and positive experience for international travelers while ensuring the accuracy and security of our refund processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and process Tax Free Forms for international travelers.
• Ensure a satisfactory customer experience at all touchpoints.
• Prevent refunding mistakes and identify potential fraud.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Adhere to Global Blue and Merchant policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Key Performance Indicators

• Number of refunded transactions.
• Refunding mistake ratio.

Collaboration

• You will report directly to the Downtown Manager.
• You will primarily collaborate with your peers at the same and other Refund/Downtown Points.
