About the Role
Zscaler is seeking a Partner Solution Architect – GSI to join our Partner Engineering department. This is a fully remote position based in the U.S., reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Engineering. You will be responsible for educating partners on the limitations of traditional network-centric application access and guiding them through a reimagined approach to secure user and application access globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) on driving digital transformation for their clients using Zscaler, demonstrating use cases, delivering workshops, and guiding Proof of Value (POV) efforts.
- Develop solution offers in collaboration with GSIs, leveraging your technical expertise, leading cross-functional teams, and assisting partners in onboarding and supporting new customers.
- Act as a technical advocate for partners within Zscaler, working across sales, engineering, product management, and other teams to ensure mutual success.
- Support enablement and solution development initiatives with GSIs to generate opportunities and close new business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical pre-sales experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in roles involving Global Systems Integrators.
- Proven technical expertise in networking, cloud security, authentication, and SaaS solutions. Certifications such as CISSP or CCNP are a plus.
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate on large, complex transformational SaaS solution opportunities and engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience navigating complex GSI organizational structures and bringing solution offers to market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Prior post-sales and consulting experience is ideal.
