Menarini is seeking a Corporate Procedural Systems Specialist to join their Global Finance Department at their Headquarters in Florence, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position reporting to the Corporate Procedure Systems Manager.

About the Role

This role is crucial in supporting Menarini Group departments, both in Italy and globally, with process analysis. You will play a key part in designing and implementing new Procedures and Standards, as well as identifying solutions to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Menarini Group departments in process analysis.
• Design and implement new Procedures and Standards.
• Identify solutions to increase process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Address compliance-related matters.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in procedural systems.
• Proficiency in process analysis.
• Experience in procedure design and implementation.
• A strong understanding of how to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
