Department Manager - Boutique Venezia

About the Role

Hermès is seeking a senior Department Manager for their boutique in Venice. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing all boutique activities. This role involves leading and supporting the development of your team, with a strong focus on business development and customer experience, all while upholding the highest integrity and embodying Hermès culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

• People Management and Development:
  • Plan daily activities, setting objectives and assigning tasks to the team.
  • Observe the team on the floor, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Business Development: Drive sales and achieve business objectives within your department.
• Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience for all boutique visitors.
• Team Leadership: Foster a positive and high-performing team environment.
