We are seeking a part-time Night Auditor to join our team at the MEININGER Hotel Venezia Mestre.

About the Role

As a Night Auditor, you will be a key host, ensuring our guests have a safe and memorable stay. You will be responsible for the well-being of our guests throughout their visit, from check-in to check-out, and will serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors during your shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests and address their needs and inquiries.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during overnight hours.
• Handle various guest relations tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in managing check-in and check-out procedures.
• Strong guest relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly during overnight shifts.
• A welcoming and helpful attitude.
