About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Verona. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 0-1 year of experience to gain practical knowledge in Human Resources within the dynamic healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Contribute to onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Interest in Human Resources.
• Familiarity with or interest in the Life Sciences, Technology, Clinical, or Regulatory fields is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
