About the Role

Bellafrut SAS, a well-established company since 1967, is seeking an experienced After Sales Back Office professional to join our team in Verona. We specialize in the brokerage of fresh fruit and vegetable products for the large-scale distribution sector, ensuring direct delivery to retail outlets across Europe. This is a permanent, onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer complaints and enter them into the information system.
• Calculate damages and charges related to after-sales issues.
• Coordinate product pickups in collaboration with the logistics department and suppliers.
• Organize on-site disposal of goods in agreement with suppliers and the warehouse.

• Proven experience in a back office role.
