We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Specialist to join our team in Verona. This onsite role is crucial for driving sales growth within the logistics and freight sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand business within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell DHL Global Forwarding, Freight services, including air, ocean, and road freight solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Verona team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight, or transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of field sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
• Knowledge of the Italian market is a plus.
