Jotun Group is seeking a senior-level Finance Manager to lead and manage the Finance Department in Trieste. This is a permanent, onsite position.

About the Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all functions within the Finance Department. This includes developing, influencing, implementing, and monitoring activities to ensure strict adherence to Jotun's corporate finance policies and all applicable local laws, requirements, and regulations. A key aspect of this role is providing timely and insightful financial information and analysis to support management review and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Finance team, setting clear targets and frameworks.
• Provide coaching, support, and follow-up to team members.
• Develop, influence, implement, and monitor financial activities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, requirements, and regulations.
• Provide timely and insightful financial information and analysis for management review.
• Support management decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a Finance Department.
• Strong understanding of finance policies.
