About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Parma. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing projects within our dynamic manufacturing environment. You will leverage your expertise in project management to ensure successful project delivery, contributing to Alfa Laval's continued growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and manufacturing departments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Communicate project progress and potential risks to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry.
• Experience working within a multinational company environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Alfa Laval products or processes is advantageous.
