About the Role

Google is seeking a senior Cloud Enterprise Architect to join our Professional Services team in Milan. This is a permanent, onsite position for individuals with a passion for cloud technologies and a proven ability to translate complex enterprise needs into robust cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in customer-facing services, focusing on understanding enterprise customer requirements and translating them into effective Google Cloud architectures and strategies.
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures utilizing system design techniques, considering factors such as distributed systems, design constraints, simplicity, and trade-offs.
• Leverage your expertise in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture to guide customers through their cloud transformation journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, specifically focused on designing cloud architectures for enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated experience in developing solution architectures through system design techniques, including understanding distributed systems and evaluating design limitations and tradeoffs.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
