About the Role

We are building a new engineering team focused on expanding automated test coverage, improving system reliability, and increasing developer confidence across a portfolio of 20+ SaaS products. This role centers on developing production-quality automated tests—including unit, integration, and selective end-to-end tests—and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability. You will collaborate with product teams across multiple technologies to create maintainable testing solutions, reduce CI/CD instability, and enhance overall software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Improve test coverage and identify quality risks across existing applications.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate test development and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test failures across application, infrastructure, and data layers.
• Reduce flaky tests and improve CI/CD pipeline reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance testability and confidence in production systems.
• Establish scalable testing standards, tools, and best practices across multiple products.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in C#.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated unit and integration tests.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as xUnit, JUnit, Jest, and Playwright.
• Solid understanding of testing concepts, including unit testing, integration testing, mocking, and test isolation.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within large and complex codebases.
• Experience working in Shift Left and quality-focused engineering environments.
• Strong English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for test generation, refactoring, and coverage analysis.
• Basic understanding of LLMs or a strong willingness to learn.
