We are seeking a high-achieving, adaptable, and entrepreneurial Change Management Consultant to join our team and work remotely with our global clients across LATAM.

About the Role

This role is crucial for the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives, particularly those involving SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to drive user adoption, manage change activities, and ensure that business outcomes are realized. This position offers hands-on exposure to a dynamic, client-facing environment with opportunities to lead engagement strategies and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end Change Management strategies for technology programs.
• Conduct stakeholder identification, mapping, and engagement planning at all organizational levels.
• Perform comprehensive impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems.
• Define adoption Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks to track success.
• Design and implement effective communication strategies and messaging plans.
• Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for end-users.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with leadership, teams, and employees.
• Create and manage change management assets, including communications, training materials, and plans.
• Drive adoption activities throughout the discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot programs, and go-live readiness activities.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure alignment between change management and project delivery.
• Track, analyze, and report on adoption metrics and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful transformation outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Change Management within technology-driven transformations.
• Experience supporting enterprise implementations such as SAP, Salesforce, data, or AI initiatives.
• Proven ability to execute across the full change lifecycle, from strategy development to measurement.
• Strong knowledge of structured Change Management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
• Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience in dynamic environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results independently.
• Experience managing stakeholders within large organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
• PROSCI ADKAR certification or equivalent Change Management certification is preferred.
