About the Role

Furla is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join their team in Florence on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain experience in the luxury retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain outstanding corner condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Keep the sales area fully stocked.
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Welcome and greet customers warmly.
• Manage point-of-sale processes efficiently.
• Actively participate in the receiving of new shipments.
• Stay up-to-date with product information.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits to customers.

Requirements
