International Field Operations Officer (Maternity Leave Cover)

Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an International Field Operations Officer. This is a contract position covering a maternity leave, based onsite in Milan.

About the Role

In collaboration with Area Managers, you will play a key role in supporting operational activities related to international recruitment and marketing efforts. This includes managing and expanding our network of agencies and facilitating various recruitment and marketing events.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational activities, including fairs, events, visitation plans, and online activities.
• Manage the network of agencies, ensuring its expansion and development.
• Assist the international enrollment team in organizing on-campus, off-campus, and online recruitment and marketing events.
• Facilitate the admissions process.
