Project Management Digitization Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a senior Project Management Digitization Manager to join our Gas Power New Units Heavy Duty Gas Turbines team in Firenze, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on driving digital transformation within our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify process and automation gaps to meet yearly business objectives.
• Organize and lead sessions with functional owners to understand process/data gaps and their impact.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, fostering collaborative working environments, to drive the business towards simplified, standardized solutions.
• Decide on scope prioritization across monthly agile development sprints, ensuring targets are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management.
• Strong understanding of Process Improvement and Automation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability in Cross-functional Collaboration.
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
