COREcruitment is seeking a senior Financial Controller to manage the complete finance function for an exciting new hospitality opening in Rome. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a property through its launch phase and into its ongoing development, requiring both strategic oversight and operational control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Track financial performance and provide insightful analysis.
• Manage the full finance function for the hospitality property.
• Support the strategic financial direction of the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller.
• Strong background in finance, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in financial reporting.
• Previous experience within the hospitality industry is advantageous.
