About the Role

As a Launch Trainer at Dandy, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new dental practices. You will conduct engaging training sessions, both virtually and in-person, to foster confidence and enthusiasm for digital dentistry. Post-onboarding, you will continue to coach practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure their long-term success. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for individuals passionate about teaching, building trust, and achieving measurable results. The role involves up to 20% travel for in-practice training and support.

Key Responsibilities

Live Training & Onboarding

• Lead new practices through Dandy’s onboarding program for rapid and effective ramp-up.
• Deliver tailored training sessions, both virtually and on-site, adapting to each practice's learning style and structure.
• Provide hands-on coaching during live sessions, demonstrating best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Build credibility and clinical trust to drive confidence and early adoption.
• Take ownership of each launch, ensuring practices achieve key milestones from day one.

Ongoing Coaching & Success Enablement

• Act as a trusted coach post-launch, assisting practices in refining workflows and overcoming adoption challenges.
• Monitor early scan quality and provide constructive feedback to improve technique.
• Identify and address gaps in product usage through targeted follow-up.
• Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure successful order completion.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to share insights and enhance the customer journey.
• Recognize and celebrate practice achievements to build confidence and momentum.

Requirements

• Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies within a practice setting (iTero or Trios experience is strongly preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
• Excellent teaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change.
• Clear, confident communication skills, with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• A customer-first mindset, demonstrating empathy, patience, and skill in building remote trust.
• Highly organized and accountable, with a proven track record of owning outcomes and follow-through.
• Quick learner, tech-savvy, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Efficient in managing multiple trainings, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Skilled in encouraging behavior change and driving adoption through persuasive and supportive coaching.
