About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a motivated Intern to join our Project Management team in Monza, Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience supporting PDS projects under the guidance of the PDS Project Management Supervisor. You will play a key role in ensuring projects meet customer timelines and contribute to the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to senior project managers by drafting meeting minutes, distributing agendas, and preparing change control documents.
• Facilitate positive team interactions and assist in managing conflicts to ensure effective collaboration.
• Archive project documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in drafting proposals for project changes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
