Southern Europe Oem Account Manager

About the Role

Seakeeper, Inc. is seeking a Southern Europe OEM Account Manager to join our team in Genoa, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on expanding the presence of Seakeeper stabilization systems in the new boat market across Southern Europe. You will play a crucial role in increasing the number of boats that offer Seakeeper as an option and driving higher option uptake among our European customers, who represent a significant portion of our global sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners (shipyards).
• Identify and secure new OEM partners in Southern Europe who are not currently offering Seakeeper.
• Increase the number of new boats that feature Seakeeper as an optional installation.
• Drive higher option uptake rates for Seakeeper systems among OEM clients.
• Collaborate closely with shipyards to integrate Seakeeper effectively into their offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management.
• Demonstrated success in sales and business development within the OEM sector.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Genoa, Italy.
