PPI & Digital Project Manager

About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our PPI Digital Transformation organization. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Monza, Italy. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across our manufacturing sites, driving innovation and efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of digital projects from initiation to completion.
• Translate business and operational needs into actionable digital project plans.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Data Science, IIoT, and IT professionals.
• Oversee the implementation of digital solutions within manufacturing environments.
• Ensure successful integration of new digital technologies and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Digital Project Management.
• Demonstrated understanding of Digital Transformation principles.
• Familiarity with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) concepts.
• Experience working within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams.
