Air Dolomiti is seeking a motivated Training Specialist to join our Crew Training Department in Verona. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and rapidly evolving sector within the aviation industry.

About the Role

As a Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of our pilot and cabin crew training programs. You will work closely with the Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT), NPCT Assistants, and training managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the NPCT, NPCT Assistants, and training managers for pilots and cabin crew with both operational and administrative tasks.
• Assist with all necessary checks and documentation related to crew training.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of training processes within the department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in training support or a similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with the aviation industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
