We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join a Haystack partner. This remote role is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking to make a significant impact in a manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for HR initiatives, with a strong emphasis on employee relations. You will collaborate closely with HR and management teams to offer expert guidance on employee disputes and concerns, proactively identifying and addressing trends to prevent potential issues. A crucial part of this role involves conducting thorough and timely investigations into employee concerns and conflicts, maintaining accurate and detailed records. You will also focus on building strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of HR programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and management to provide expert guidance on employee disputes and concerns.

Requirements

  • Experience within a manufacturing, high-velocity warehouse, or sales operations environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
