About the Role
As a Technical Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of technical facilities. You will be responsible for managing hard services, maintaining compliance, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with client Plant Managers, Area and Site Facilities Managers, and business partners, including EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and Quality leads.
- Build trust and credibility in the delivery of Hard Services.
- Manage the performance of Hard Services delivery to minimize or eliminate equipment downtime within JLL's scope of works.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JLL-specific standards for all systems within JLL's scope of works.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Facility Management and Technical Management.
- Demonstrated ability in Client Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations.
- Experience managing Hard Services.
