Requirements

• Proven experience as a tour guide, preferably with a focus on cycling tours.
• Excellent storytelling and public speaking skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Passion for cycling and a good knowledge of Milan.
• Proactive, friendly, and engaging personality.
• Ability to work with travelers from diverse backgrounds.
