Job Description

Technical Customer Success Manager

Company: nara GmbH Location: Würzburg, Germany (Remote possible within Germany, optional onsite or hybrid) Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: €55,000–€85,000 gross per year (experience-dependent) plus ESOPs Industry: Tech

About the Role

nara is not building traditional chatbots. We develop agent systems that operate in real-world enterprise environments, handling tasks such as processing tickets, resetting access, and configuring devices within customer networks.

We are seeking a customer-centric, technically proficient individual to manage our client projects from initial requirements to successful implementation and ongoing usage. You will serve as the central interface between clients, our product, and the development team. Your role will involve understanding business processes, translating them into clear requirements, building initial AI agents, and ensuring our clients achieve tangible value with nara.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring clear next steps.
  • Conduct client meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Understand and pragmatically answer technical and business-related client questions.
  • Translate client requirements into clear tickets, specifications, and priorities for the development team.
  • Create project plans, coordinate timelines, and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Configure and build AI agents, workflows, and automations for our clients.
  • Support client onboarding, adoption, and ongoing customer success.
  • Proactively identify risks and ensure long-term client success.
  • Gather product feedback and contribute it systematically to product and development teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in roles such as Technical Customer Success, Implementation Management, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, SaaS Project Management, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, even when dealing with unclear or complex requirements.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS products, APIs, workflows, data flows, and automation.
  • Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, and agent systems.
  • Ability to structure requirements clearly and prepare them for developers.
  • Solid project management skills, including clear timelines, consistent follow-ups, prioritization, and accountability.
  • Hands-on mentality: You will not only moderate but also build and test solutions yourself.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Linear, Notion, or CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Basic understanding of software development or a prior technical background.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or agency/project-based businesses.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a pure sales role, a pure project management role, or a traditional developer position. While you won't be writing production code daily, you should be technically adept enough to understand client challenges, configure agents, and communicate effectively with developers.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: €55,000–€85,000 gross per year plus ESOPs.
  • Early-stage environment with genuine ownership: Join a small team with short communication lines where your contributions go live quickly.
  • Flexible work model: Remote work possible within Germany, with an optional office presence in Würzburg.

We look forward to receiving your application!
