About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Cesena. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on attracting and hiring top talent to support our continued growth in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Facilitate the offer process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
• Solid understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
