The brand is expanding its presence in Italy with the recent opening of Orient Express La Minerva in Rome, and the upcoming launch of Orient Express Venezia at Palazzo Donà Giovannelli in 2026. This growth also includes new train experiences like La Dolce Vita Orient Express and the upcoming Orient Express Corinthian.

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Agent to join our team in Venice. This role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional guest experience, embodying the elegance and service standards that define Orient Express.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and efficiently.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information and assistance.
• Maintain a high level of guest relations and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle reservations and manage room allocations.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Front Office or Reception role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in front office operations and relevant software.
• A professional and polished demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
