Labsitters is seeking enthusiastic, English-speaking Summer Camp Counselors to join our international team for Summer Camps in Florence, starting in June 2026.

About the Role

Our vibrant summer camps cater to children aged 3 to 13 years. We offer a dynamic program that blends sports, arts and crafts, creative play, and immersive English language learning within a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Camp Schedule

• Camps operate from mid-June to mid-September, aligning with the Italian school holiday calendar.
• There will be a short break in mid-August.
• We offer flexibility, allowing counselors to select the weeks they are available to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage children in a variety of camp activities, including sports, arts and crafts, and creative play.
• Facilitate English language learning through fun and interactive methods.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all campers.
• Collaborate with other counselors and staff to deliver a high-quality camp experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Experience or strong interest in childcare or working with children.
• Enthusiasm for leading activities such as sports and arts and crafts.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in a summer camp setting is a plus.
