About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill a dual role as a Receptionist and Bartender. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities. You will be a key point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide information about our services and the local area.
• Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and ensure a friendly atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience in reception duties within the hospitality industry.
• Bartending skills and experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
• Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
