Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely entry of customer orders into the system.
• Processing of billing and invoicing according to established procedures.
• Validation and release of orders.
• Assisting with contract administration tasks.
• Supporting dispute resolution and collections efforts.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in order entry, validation, or release is advantageous.
• Experience with billing processes.
• Familiarity with contract administration.
• Experience in dispute resolution or collections is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
