RINA is seeking a motivated Junior Buyer to join our Italy Supply Chain Division at our Genoa office. This is a permanent, onsite position.

About the Role

The Buyer will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our Supply Chain strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements. A significant part of your role will involve vendor management and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Supply Chain strategy.
• Ensure adherence to Supply Chain guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor their performance.
• Maintain and update the Vendor List.
• Assist with procurement and purchasing activities.
• Support negotiation processes.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in Supply Chain principles.
• Familiarity with Vendor Management concepts.
• Understanding of Procurement and Purchasing processes.
• Basic Negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in English.
