RINA is seeking a motivated Junior Buyer to join our Italy Supply Chain Division at our Genoa office. This is a permanent, onsite position.
About the Role
The Buyer will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our Supply Chain strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements. A significant part of your role will involve vendor management and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Supply Chain strategy.
- Ensure adherence to Supply Chain guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor their performance.
- Maintain and update the Vendor List.
- Assist with procurement and purchasing activities.
- Support negotiation processes.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in Supply Chain principles.
- Familiarity with Vendor Management concepts.
- Understanding of Procurement and Purchasing processes.
- Basic Negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
